Dairy Substitutes

There are many things to eat without dairy. First, of course there is always meat and vegetables. You can also substitute milk with Silk soy milk, butter with Fleischmann's non-dairy margarine or Earth Balance oil, cheese with Toffuti soy cheese, and cream cheese with Tofutti cream cheese.If you want the best non-dairy cupcakes though, my mom has a bakery in Miami, Florida that specializes in non-dairy sweets, called Clarabelle's Cupcakes!
