Hi, my name is Clayre. I am 16 and I was born with a genetic disorder called galactosemia, where I do not have the genes to digest any dairy products. I created this blog because I have learned to overcome it and I am willing to help others who have galactosemia. Dairy Substitutes

There are many things to eat without dairy. First, of course there is always meat and vegetables.
